What it is

Quesify is an AI website assistant for small businesses. It sits on your website as a chat bubble, answers visitors' questions day and night from your own website's content, and sends a push alert to your phone when someone needs you.

Who it's for

Small businesses with a website: cafés and restaurants, salons, clinics, tradies and home services, local shops, and B2B businesses such as small manufacturers, wholesalers and suppliers.

What it does

  • Answers visitors' questions 24/7 from your own website: prices, hours, products, services.
  • Speaks first when a visitor hesitates on a page.
  • Takes bookings in the chat and adds them to your Google Calendar, only offering times you're free.
  • Saves leads (name and contact details) and sends a push alert to your phone.
  • Alerts you when a customer seems frustrated or asks for a real person, so you can reply yourself in the same chat.
  • Sends a weekly results email and supports team logins.
  • Works with WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify and any site where you can add code (not GoDaddy's own Website Builder).

What it doesn't do

  • It doesn't give quotes or work out prices beyond what's on your website.
  • It doesn't check stock, or look up or track orders.
  • It doesn't answer phone calls or send text messages.
  • It doesn't take payments.

When it doesn't know an answer, it says so and offers to take the customer's details for you.

Pricing

  • First month: A$9, US$9 or NZ$9, charged at signup.
  • Then A$79, US$49 or NZ$85 a month. Cancel any time.
  • From your second month you can switch to annual: A$780, US$468 or NZ$828 a year.
  • Includes 1,000 chat credits a month; extra credit packs are available.
  • One first month per business. In Australia, our team can install it for you for A$30.
