Quesify is operated by Netiphy (ABN 83 279 537 840), based in Melbourne, Australia.

What we collect

Account information. When you sign up, we collect your business name, email address, and the website URL you provide.

Conversation data. When visitors interact with a Quesify AI website assistant embedded on a client's website, we collect and store the conversation content, including any name, email, or phone number a visitor voluntarily shares.

Website visitor data. On quesify.com itself, we collect basic behavioral signals (pages viewed, buttons interacted with) to understand how visitors use our site, and to notify us of high-intent activity such as pricing views or demo submissions. This data is tied to an anonymous session identifier, not your identity, unless you separately provide contact details (e.g. via our contact form).

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details — Stripe handles this directly under their own security and privacy standards.

Approximate location. We use IP-based geolocation, via third-party services ipapi.co and ipwho.is, to show pricing in your likely local currency. This is an approximation, not precise tracking.

How we use it

To provide and improve the Quesify service, to build and update each client's AI website assistant knowledge base, to process payments, to send transactional emails and, where configured, push notifications (e.g. Real-Time Rescue alerts), and to respond to enquiries submitted through our contact form.

Third parties we share data with

Your data is never sold. We don't sell your data or your customers' data to anyone. We share it only with the service providers below, and only so Quesify can work.

We use the following service providers to operate Quesify: Anthropic (Claude AI, to process and respond to chat conversations), Stripe (payment processing), Apple and Google push notification services (to deliver Real-Time Rescue alerts to your device), Resend (transactional email), Supabase (database and infrastructure hosting), and ipapi.co / ipwho.is (approximate location from IP address, for currency display). We do not sell your data to anyone.

Google API Data & AI Processing

The use of raw or derived user data received from Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

Quesify uses Google Calendar data (specifically, free/busy availability and the booking events it creates in its own "Quesify bookings" calendar) solely to provide the booking feature the business owner has explicitly enabled — checking real-time availability and creating confirmed appointments when a website visitor books through the Quesify chat widget.

Specifically, Quesify requests two permissions: to create and manage its own secondary calendar, called "Quesify bookings", and the events in it; and to see when you are busy. Quesify writes new bookings only to its "Quesify bookings" calendar. It cannot read, edit or delete events in any of your other calendars, and the availability check returns only busy start and end times — never event titles, descriptions, locations or attendees. To offer times to a visitor, the resulting list of open time slots (not your events) is passed to our AI provider, Anthropic, which may not train on it. We store only your encrypted Google access tokens, the ID of the "Quesify bookings" calendar, and the ID of each booking event we create. When you click Disconnect in your Quesify dashboard, Quesify revokes its access with Google and deletes the stored tokens; the "Quesify bookings" calendar and its events stay in your Google account for you to keep or delete. You can also remove Quesify's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Quesify's AI processing is powered by Anthropic's Claude API. Under Anthropic's Commercial Terms of Service, data sent through the Anthropic API is not used to train, improve, or develop Anthropic's AI/ML models. Calendar data accessed via this integration is not transferred to any third-party service for the purpose of training generalized or foundational machine learning models.

Google Calendar data is never sold, shared with advertisers, or used for any purpose beyond providing the booking feature to the business owner who connected their calendar.

Data retention

We retain account and conversation data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and operational purposes. You can request deletion at any time (see below).

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing hello@quesify.com. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including encryption of sensitive credentials and access controls limiting who can view your information.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected with an updated "last updated" date above.
