Quesify is operated by Netiphy (ABN 83 279 537 840). By using Quesify, you agree to these terms.

The service

Quesify provides an AI-powered chat widget that businesses can embed on their websites. We provide the service on a subscription basis as described on our pricing page.

Accounts

You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We don't provide refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

Acceptable use

You may not use Quesify to build a chatbot that provides false, harmful, or misleading information to your customers, to collect data unlawfully, or to violate the rights of any third party. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this.

Your data

Content you provide (your website content, knowledge base, conversation data collected through your chatbot) remains yours. We process it to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

No warranty

Quesify is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the chatbot's responses will always be accurate or error-free, and you're responsible for reviewing and correcting your knowledge base as needed. We are not liable for decisions made based on chatbot outputs.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Netiphy's liability for any claim relating to Quesify is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the service or other users.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Quesify after changes constitutes acceptance.
